For the 7AM window, you can be anywhere to grab a boarding group as long as you have a Magic Kingdom park pass reservation. For the 1PM window, your entire group will need to be scanned into Magic Kingdom already. @Terri A, as a very petite adult I can say no, you don’t have that super snug feeling you get with some rides.
Most guests will ride Tron leaning forward as if in a Light Cycle. These guests are secured with a backrest that presses forward. Then you’ll lean forward to hold on to those handlebars, and the seat back will fold down to hold you in place. You will bend your leg at the knee and place your leg into the rest spot.
